Regular Shipping:
We use JNE courier service for local shipping, and the fee will be automatically added to your invoice based on your location. The package will be sent from South Jakarta, Indonesia.
Other Shipping:
For Jabodetabek (Jakarta-Bogor-Depok-Tangerang-Bekasi) region, Go-Send service by GoJek is also applicable upon request and notice to info@aksu.site.
For the international region, we will use a personal preference (from the customer) of courier service. Do contact us prior to inform the details at info@aksu.site.
Processing Details:
Customers are required to confirm payment by sending payment proof to admin@aksu.site or Whatsapp +6287872875997.
When payment is received and any further shipping details are cleared, we will ship the product in maximum 7 working days for products from the casual collection, and maximum 15 working days for the limited collection. Arrival time to destination varies depending on shipping methods. If after 48 hours we receive no payment confirmation, then our system will automatically put your ordered items on stock, and your order will be canceled.

/EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
We accept exchanges due and limited to products that: the size does not match with ordered item, have stains, defect or damage caused by the production process. We do NOT accept exchanges and returns on SALE items. Exchanges are based on stock availability and can be made with only the same product. Customers are allowed to notify the exchange request within strictly 3 days from the time the product is received. Customers are responsible for the delivery fee to return the products to our workshop (at South Jakarta, Indonesia), while the exchanged (new) product is shipped free. We do not refund money.
